The double bungalow is quietly located in Pörtschacher Ostbucht, directly on the lake (Seeuferstraße 6.) Seeuferstraße is not a main road.
Each apartment consists of a master bedroom, a children's room with a bunk bed and a living room with two sleeping possibilities.

A large sunbathing lawn is available for relaxation. Deck chairs are available. The shore length of the lake plot is approx. 40 metres. The way to the private bathing jetty amounts to approx. 30 m. The property is closed all around with fence and hedges - there are no roads or ways to cross to get to the water. The parking lot is on our property.

The next shopping possibilities (Hofer) are in direct proximity. A good middle-class inn can be reached on foot in approx. 10 minutes.
