Our house has 3 Apartments with a large meadow. Apartments 1 and 2 we rent to vacation guests. The Apartment 3 is the place where we, the Buchbauer Family, stay for several times a year. The house is next to a private lake called "Ratzsee".  You only need to walk about 5 minutes to swim in the lake. The beautiful mountains around are named Karawanken. Around this area there are many hiking trails and bike paths.
